Every Bernari order ships free anywhere in Australia. We currently deliver to all states and territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT.
Delivery timeframe
Standard delivery timeframe: 6 to 10 weeks from order confirmation.
Our pergolas are made to order, so each one is built to the size, finish and configuration specified on the order. The timeframe reflects the full manufacturing and delivery process, from order confirmation through to arrival at your nominated address.
Custom sizing orders may require additional lead time beyond 10 weeks. If your order is affected, we will contact you to confirm a revised timeframe before production commences.
Order confirmation and updates
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, items, delivery address and configuration. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details where the carrier supports it.
For some large or palletised freight, tracking may be provided as a depot contact number rather than a self-service link.
Delivery to your address
Delivery is made to the street address on your order as a ground-floor or kerbside delivery. Customers are responsible for receiving the delivery, moving the goods into position and installation, unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance.
Please ensure the address is accessible for a freight vehicle and that someone aged 18 or over is available to sign for the delivery. If you have specific access constraints, such as a narrow driveway, an apartment loading dock or regional carrier limitations, contact info@bernari.com.au before placing your order.
Missed deliveries and rescheduling
If you are not available at delivery, the carrier will typically leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. To reschedule, email info@bernari.com.au with your order number and we will work with the carrier to arrange a new date.
Redelivery charges from the carrier, where they apply, are payable by the customer and will be confirmed with you before they are incurred.
Damage on arrival
Please inspect your delivery on receipt. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier at signing and contact us within 7 days with photographs. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full process.
