At Bernari, we want you to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights, our return process, refund timeframes, and how we handle returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be uninstalled
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components supplied with the product
2. Return Timeframe
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for change of mind purchases.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
3. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item:
- Has not been used or installed
- Remains in its original packaging
- Is returned in resalable condition

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by Bernari.
If the return is due to a damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect item, Bernari will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us and provide:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged, faulty, or incorrect)

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label where applicable
Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement product
- Exchange
- Repair
- Refund
In these circumstances, Bernari will cover all return shipping costs.
7. Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
8. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
Please contact us before returning an item if you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Products supplied by Bernari come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
